Assetz Capital has strengthened the Origination Team with two internal promotions

More good news at Assetz Capital, as we have added to our rapidly expanding Origination Team with two internal promotions. 

 

Sarah Ellison has been promoted to Relationship Director Portfolio (“RDP”), having joined Assetz in March 2021. Sarah will be working alongside Lucie Martin within Team North, helping to maintain existing customer relationships post-drawdown, following up on new lending, and also to provide full support in onboarding a significant planned number of new developer clients across Scotland.

 

Dean Kilbryde has also been promoted to RDP, having joined Assetz approximately 4 years ago. Dean will be working alongside Relationship Director Ciaran McGivern, also within Team North, helping to support significant planned growth of new house-builder clients within the North of England. 

Both promotions come at a great time for Assetz, as we have recently appointed two new Relationship Directors in 2022 already, with more hires planned for the coming months as we target ambitious lending figures.
