Assetz Capital's Introducer Roadshow goes to Edinburgh...
The second in the series of our Introducer Roadshow events in Edinburgh invited brokers and other finance professionals to engage with the Scottish team plus Managing Director Rob Pailin about loan transaction and structure, with discussion around problematic stages to historic and existing deal processes, with guests encouraged to trouble-shoot from live cases.
This typifies the Assetz approach in that if a deal is possible; we will find a way to make it happen. It was great to help guests to understand where any potential issues may lie and how we can approach them together. It was also great to get another good turn-out for a Scotland event; it enforces the commitment we have to the region and the vibrancy in the market is reflected by the broker community there.
Regional Director John Hewitt said: ‘The event, which was the next in the series of regular sessions we have planned, was a real success. As well as sharing details around our focus on finding creative solutions to the borrowing challenges our introducers and borrowers face, we were able to answer questions raised from the audience, and demonstrate the flexibility Assetz Capital are able to deliver. It was also really beneficial to have one to one time with many of the introducers who have supported us to grow into a major force for lending to SMEs.’
