The Assetz Capital platform is no longer open to investment from individual investors. No new investments into peer-to-peer loans are possible and, as a result, no new funds should be deposited. Christmas Eve: 9am - 2pm

Christmas Day: Closed

Boxing Day: Closed

Thu 27th, Fri 28th & Mon 31st December: 9:30am - 5pm

Tuesday 1st January - Closed

Wednesday 2nd January - Normal opening hours of 9am - 5:30pm will resume

 

If you would like to make a withdrawal over the Christmas period please see the seasonal schedule below:

Please note that during the Christmas and New Year period we will be processing withdrawal requests less frequently. It is therefore advisable to submit any withdrawal requests before 21st December to avoid disappointment.

  • During the Christmas break, withdrawal requests will be processed on 24thDecember 2018 and 28th December 2018, normal service will resume on 2nd January 2019.
  • For requests submitted between 00:00 21st December and 23:59 on 23rd December 2018 we will aim to process these on 24th December 2018.
  • For requests submitted between 00:00 on 24th Dec until 23:59 on 27th December 2018, we will aim to process these on 28th December 2018.
  • For requests submitted after 00:00 28th December 2018, we will aim to process these on the 2nd January 2019.

All withdrawal requests are subject to our usual fraud checks. Assetz Capital cannot influence the time it takes the recipient bank to display the funds as cleared in your account after transmission.
