As always, we aim to provide flexible funding to our borrowers through our various offerings and service. The last month has seen Assetz Capital fund projects that are categorised into Property Investment, Property Development, Engineering, Care homes and Leisure facilities.

We have also had some important updates...

 

We've now lowered our Commercial Mortgage Interest rate to start from 6.9%. We can help to fund: care homes, hotels, restaurants, pubs and children's day nurseries. Our Relationship Directors can help you to find the right funding for your client.

 

 

Our Introducer Roadshow was in Belfast on the 7th of September to meet our brokers, discuss the Northern Ireland markets and understand how we can assist with funding there. We hosted approximately 70 guests, and were delighted with the turn out.

We will be hosting our next Introducer Event: ‘Finding Creative Solutions’,on the 16th November at Murrayfield in Edinburgh. At Assetz Capital we want to showcase how we listen, discuss and resolve issues, and deliver a loan package that works for everyone. We’ll have some previous examples to present to you, but we’d love audience members to bring their challenges to the panel on the day as well.
