Monday 1st January - Closed
Tuesday 2nd January - Normal opening hours will resume

If you would like to make a withdrawal over the Christmas period please see the seasonal schedule below:

On Friday 22nd December the cut off for withdrawal requests to be included in the daily process run will be 10am, which is earlier than the usual lunchtime cut off.  The overnight payment processing will occur as normal.
  
We will be processing a batch of lender withdrawals on the 27th of December. This will be the last batch until the 2nd of January. It is preferable to submit any withdrawal requests before the Christmas break to avoid disappointment.
  
Normal service and timings will be resumed on Tuesday 2nd of January. All withdrawal request processing is subject to our normal verification checks.

For Introducers, we are shut from the close of business on the 22nd December and will re-open on the 2nd of January.
