As company policy we do not send out Christmas cards but we are donating to a local project run by Shelter, the national charity helping the homeless.

Our lender team will be available on the 28th, 29th and 30th of December.

If you would like to make a withdrawal over the Christmas period please see the seasonal schedule below.

 

Seasonal Withdrawal Processing Activity

  • On Friday 23rd December the cut off for withdrawal requests to be included in the daily process run will be 10am, which is earlier than the usual lunchtime cut off.  The overnight payment processing will occur as normal.
     
  • We will be processing a batch of lender withdrawals on the 28th of December. This will be the last batch until the 3rd of January. It is preferable to submit any withdrawal requests before the Christmas break to avoid disappointment.
     
  • Normal service and timings will be resumed on Tuesday 3rd of January.
     
  • All withdrawal request processing is subject to our normal verification checks.
